OFFICE 3.49 * Robert B. Barnes Employment Agreement - Amendment -
approval is requested for an amendment to the
employment agreement with Robert B. Barnes for the
position of Director-Information Systems. The
amendment extends the term of the agreement through
May 29, 2009. All other terms and provisions remain
the same - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN SUBJECT TO
REVIEW BY COUNTY COUNSEL AND THE AUDITOR-CONTROLLER.
