3.54 Purchase Order with Allsteel Inc. C/O Campbell Keller for Modular Furniture for the Department
of Employment and Social Services Chico Relocation —The County is currently in the process of
relocating the Chico office of the Department of Employment and Social Services to a new facility
which needs to be outfitted with modular furniture. The relocation is expected to be completed
in fiscal year 2018-19. The General Services Department and Department of Employment and
Social Services recommends approving a purchase order with Allsteel Inc. c/o Campbell Keller,
based in Sacramento, for $650,000 for the purchase and installation of modular furniture. The
purchase order is based on a State contract and competitive bidding process. Plans and
specifications for the installation are available in the General Services' Office—action requested
— 1) APPROVE PURCHASE ORDER AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN; AND 2) APPOINT THE
GENERAL SERVICES DIRECTOR AS THE OFFICER OF THE PROJECT. (General Services)

County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, submits the certification of the statement of votes
cast for the Primary Election help in Butte County on June 5, 2018, pursuant to California
Elections Code section 15372—action requested —ACCEPT CERTIFICATION OF THE STATEMENT
OF VOTES CAST FOR THE JUNE 5, 2018 PRIMARY ELECTION. (Clerk-Recorder)
