Emergency - approval is requested to ratify a letter
signed by the Chair on July 16, 2003, requesting the
Governor's Office of Emergency Services to declare that
an agricultural state of disaster exists in Butte
County as a result of Wheat Stripe Rust and its effect
on the crop yield - action requested - RATIFY LETTER.
