3.49*Northwest Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals (NWSPCA) - approval is requested for a sole
source agreement with NWSPCA for the provision of
sheltering animals impounded by the Butte County
Animal Control Program. The term of the agreement is
July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 with a maximum
amount payable of $463,548 (department budget) - action
requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR
TO SIGN SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY COUNTY COUNSEL AND THE
AUDITOR-CONTROLLER.
