A master agreement to implement the approved projects (with the exception of project implemented directly by Butte County Fire) is submitted for Board consideration - action requested - APPROVE THE HR 2389 PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE BUTTE COUNTY FIRE SAFE COUNCIL; APPROVE A BUDGET TRANSFER (4/5 vote required) AS DETAILED IN THE AGENDA REPORT; AND APPROVE MASTER AGREEMENT WITH THE FIRE SAFE COUNCIL FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN, SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY COUNTY COUNSEL AND AUDITOR-CONTROLLER.
