Subject: Redistricting.....
To Whom it may concern, I am a long time resident of South West Chico (22 years) and would like
to express my opposition to Supervisor Wahl's attempt to redraw district lines. Redistricting should not be done
by Supervisor's and the conflicts are obvious. My Southwest neighborhood belongs with downtown in the 2nd district {which
includes Chico State}, not with Gridley. It has been this way far decades and Supervisor Wahl should be ashamed of his actions here.
