Board of Supervisors respectfully, This is a follow up to some paper work I had
submitted prior to the last meeting 8-09-2010 in regards to Paradise Summit Project.
I have attached information to support claim of water hookups that I did not have with
me day of meeting. Public forum is not the place to debate it creates miss information.
Subject: Water meter hookups,
Owner: Casper Breuer, President Breuer Inc.
• Has 83 Meter Hookups, Counted in Lime Saddle District as part of the 50050 Can
for the first phase of the Regional Project. See attached Doc. From Del-Oro water
Co. Note that these meters are ready to serv. Day of purchase.
• These Meters Hookups were originally purchased to service Paradise Summit
Property, in 1991 as stated on Doc. From Del-Oro water Co.
• My request to you is that the board makes a motion to allocate 232 Water
Hookups not 312 as requested. So that these meters hookups could be used in
sub-division or property as originally planned. Not to Burdon the county or water
district with additional water hookups that are not currently needed.
(note: I have herd from Third Parry,did not here it myself but it was stated in
PUC meeting (researchable)that before any more water hookups would be
allowed that these additional meters had to be put into use if they were available
for purchase.)
• Also note: If the board chooses not to reduce hookup request. There will 83 water
hookups in float that can be used to develop other parcels of land in lime saddle
district area. And limiting the county to only control development in area by
zoning.
I hope this helps explain the original paper work that was submitted 8-09-2010 by
myself, F am sorry it was not as complete as it should have been in hindsight

SUBJECT. Request For Verification of Connections-Dei Oro Water
Company (Del Oro) -Lime Saddle District
Dear Mr. Dwight:
In accordance with your request to verify the balance of the available
Breuer connections within the Lime Saddle District of Del Oro and as the
agent representing Mr. Cass Breuer, please be advised that Mr. Breuer on or
about January 30, 1991 entered in to an agreement with Del Oro to purchase
one hundred (100) connections for his properties within the Lune Saddle
District. Furthermore, over the ensuing time period Mr_ Breuer has
transferred seventeen (17) connections to other parties but continues to be
under contract with Del Oro for the remaining eighty-three (83)
connections.
The original 100 connections were obtained prior to the construction of the
Regional Intertie Project(which is now under construction) and are eligible
at this time to be served off of the existing system as it now stands. In
addition, they are also counted along with all existing active connections in
the Lime Saddle District as part of the 500 cap for the first phase of the
Regional Project.
If additional clarification is needed, please do not hesitate to contact Del
Oro Water Company.
