NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 the Butte County Board of
Supervisors hereby calls two Special Joint Meetings with the Butte
County Planning Commission on January 19 and January 21, 2010 at 9:00
a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville.
1.00 CALL TO ORDER
1.01 Call to Order - Board of Supervisors Chambers, 25 County
Center Drive, Oroville, CA
1.02 Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America
1.03 Observation of a Moment of Silence
2.00 CORRECTIONS AND~OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA
3.00 CONSENT AGENDA (NO Items )
4.00 REGULAR AGENDA
4.01 * Butte County General Plan 2030, Meetincr Series #7 - The
Board of Supervisors will hold two joint meetings with the
Butte County Planning Commission on January 19, 2010 and
January 21, 2010 for the final review of the Draft Butte
County General Plan 2030 and Land Use Map. These meetings
are the last to be held in Meeting Series #7 - actions
requested -
1) REVIEW RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY STAFF, THE CITIZENS
ADVISORY COMMITTEE, AND THE WATER COMMISSION; AND
REVIEW INFORMATION AND COMMENT PROVIDED BY THE PUBLIC,
COMMUNITY GROUPS, COUNTY DEPARTMENTS, AND OTHER
AGENCIES ON THE DRAFT GENERAL PLAN 2030 DOCUMENT; AND
2) PROVIDE FINAL DIRECTION TO STAFF ON THE DRAFT GENERAL
PLAN 2030 DOCUMENT INCLUDING ALL OF THE ELEMENTS AND
CHAPTERS CONTAINED THEREIN, INCLUDING THE LAND USE MAP
AND CIRCULATION MAP; AND
3) DIRECT STAFF TO INCORPORATE ALL FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
FROM THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS INTO A FINAL DRAFT BUTTE
COUNTY GENERAL PLAN 2030 DOCUMENT AND LAND USE MAP,
WHICH WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR FINAL ADOPTION IN SEPTEMBER
