Butte County General Plan 2030 - Consideration of Final
Countywide Land Use Map - On February 19, 2009, the
Board of Supervisors approved the first draft of the
Countywide Land Use Map with amendments. Additional
review was necessary to ensure the consistent
application of General Plan designations. Staff is
proposing various adjustments which include some
requests from landowners and is recommending the
adjustments be incorporated into the final map - action
requested - 1) APPROVE THE BUTTE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN
2030 COUNTYWIDE LAND USE MAP WITH THE FINAL CORRECTIONS
AS DIRECTED BY THE BOARD; AND 2) DIRECT STAFF TO
PROCEED WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR BUTTE
COUNTY GENERAL PLAN 2030 AND THE DRAFT ZONING
ORDINANCE.
