NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the Chair of the
Butte County Board of Supervisors does hereby call a Special
Meeting as follows:
DATE: Monday, December 3, 2001

9:30 A.m. 1.00 Call to Order - Board of Supervisors Room, County
Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville.
2.00 Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States
of America.
3.00 Consent Acrenda (NO ITEMS)
4.00 Regular Agenda
4.01 Supervisorial Redistricting - consideration of a
resolution superseding Resolution 01-134 entitled,
"A Resolution Submitting Ordinance No. 3759 to the
Voters at the March 5, 2002, Election". The
proposed superseding resolution provides for the
inclusion of language requesting the County Clerk-
Recorder consolidate the election with the state-
wide primary election to be held March 5, 2002, and
includes language that defines what the voting
jurisdiction for the issue will be - action for
consideration - ADOPT RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZE THE
CHAIR TO SIGN.
