TO 12,000 ACRE-FEET OF WATERFROM PLACERIJ TE TO EAST
BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY I T I T UNDER PERMIT 13856 (APPLICATION 1 5)
On June 25, 2015, Placer County Water Agency (PCWA)fired a petition for change with the
State Water Board involving a temporary transfer of 12,006 acre-feet of water to East
Bay Municipal Utility District pursuant to "Nater Code §1725-1732. The transfer would involve
surplus water currently stored in PCPA's Middle Fork Project reservoirs under Permit 13856.
Temporary changes involving the transfer of water may be in effect for one year from the date of
approval.

Pursuant to California Water Code section 1726(f), any interested party may file a comment.
regarding the petition. Comments filed in response to this notice should be submitted to
