COUNTY: San Luis Obispo STREAM SYSTEM: Salinas River
Hilltop Ranch, c/o Mark Kenyon, 2450 Mission Street, San Marino, CA 91108 has filed a
petition for change, seeking to (1) add industrial and domestic uses and delete
stockwatering, (2) change the place of use from 20 acres to 5 acres within SE 1/4 of SW 1/4
of Section 21, and (3) redistribute storage reservoirs 3 and 4 as one reservoir to be
considered reservoir 3 with a 12 acre-foot capacity. The Division of Water Rights
proposes to amend the place of use by deleting uses at the Reservoirs 1,3, and 4 to
reflect the changes requested in the petition for change.
