401 WATER QUALITY CERTIFICATION FOR THE SOUTH FEATHER POWER PROJECT; BUTTE,
YUBA, AND PLUMAS COUNTIES
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) Executive Director issued a water
quality certification (certification) pursuant to section 401 of the Clean Water Act for South Feather
Water and Power Agency's South Feather Power Project on November 30, 2018. A copy of the
certification and a stamped copy of the Notice of Determination are enclosed for your records. This
