CHANGE SHEET#1 FOR THE ADOPTION HEARING OF AN ORDER AMENDING THE
GENERAL PERMIT FOR STORM WATER DISCHARGES FROM SMALL MUNICIPAL
SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS

The proposed revisions below mostly correct formatting errors in the draft released on
December 7, 2017, or change the Effective Date (i.e., January 1, 2019) of the Boards Order to
amend Order 2013-0001-DWQ.
On page 5 of the revised Order, the following changes are proposed:
