The meetings will be held at the locations and times specified below. The purpose of the early public consultation meetings is to seek input from public agencies and members of the public on the potential environmental effects of the proposed Recycled Water Policy Amendment and the scope and content of the information that should be included and analyzed in the environmental documentation. A quorum of State Water Board members may be present at the early public consultation meetings; however, no action will be taken by the State Water Board at the meetings. Comments should be limited to those assisting the State Water Board in identifying the range of project actions, alternatives, reasonably foreseeable methods of compliance, significant impacts, cumulative impacts (if any), and mitigation measures that will reduce impacts to a less than significant level, and in eliminating issues that do not need to be evaluated in depth. Written comment letters must be received by 12:00 noon on Friday, December 22, 2017. After the deadline, the State Water Board will not accept additional written comments. The State Water Board requests that comment letters be submitted via email to Jeanine Townsend, Cleric to the Board, by email at commentlettersic'7r_waterboards.ca.gov (if less than 15 megabytes in total size). Please title the subject line: "Comment Letter—Proposed Recycled Water Policy Amendment Early Public Consultation." Electronic submission by email in pdf text format is preferred. If submitting a paper comment letter, please address letters to the attention of Jeanine Townsend, State Water Resources Control Board, 1001 1 Street, 24th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814. Couriers delivering comment letters in person to CaIEPA Headquarters must check in with lobby security personnel. Approximately 15 minutes prior to the event(Pacific Time), the audio and/or video webcast links will be added, providing a direct audio/video feed from the meeting room. Remember to test your connection prior to connecting to a webcast. These webcasts are generally not recorded for later use.
