Subject: Water loss June I meeting
This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board
SB 555 requires the State Water Resources Control) Board to develop volumetric performance standards for water loss
for urban retail water suppliers between January 2019 and July 2020.
We are conducting a series of four stakeholder workgroup meetings during 2018.The meetings will be open to public.
The second meeting wills focus on the feasibility of employing available water loss detection technologies and
implementing pressure management while complying with fire flow requirements.The notice and agenda are posted
on the program webpage and the meeting details are as follows:
