within the State Water Resources Control Board's jurisdiction provided the matter is not on the
agenda, or pending before the State Water Board or any California Regional Water Quality
Control Board.

1. The Board will consider adoption of the September 6-7, 2017 Board Meeting minutes.

Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 26, Section 3717 establishing the

6. Consideration of a proposed Resolution adopting an emergency regulation amending
Water Rights Fee Schedules in Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 5, Sections 1062, 1064,
1066, 1070 and 1070.5 of the California Code of Regulations.
7. Consideration of a proposed Resolution adopting emergency regulations revising the
core regulatory fee schedules contained in Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 9, Article 1,
Sections 2200, 2200.5, 2200.6, and 2200.7 of the California Code of Regulations.

8. Consideration of a proposed Resolution establishing the Expedited Claim Pilot Prosect

13. The State Water Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed draft amendment to
the Policy on Supplemental Environmental Projects (SI=P Policy). (Written comments
are due on September 25, 2017 by 12 noon).

The Board may meet in closed session to deliberate on procedural or substantive decisions to
be reached in the proceeding to consider the joint Petition filed by the California Department of
Water Resources and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to add three new points of diversion
and/or points of rediversion of water to specified water right permits for the State Water Project
and the Central Valley Project associated with the California WaterFix Project. (This closed
session is authorized under Government Code section 11126, subdivision (c)(3).)
PERSONNEL
The Board will meet in closed session to discuss the appointment, evaluation of performance, or
dismissal of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against that employee
by another employee unless the employee requests a public hearing. (This closed session is
authorized under Government Code section 11126, subdivision (a)(1).)
