Mr. Mel Johnson and Scott Merrow saw this and took pictures of it. The men were waning Guns on there belts.
Two men were left an the street with this soil to protect it over night.
This is some of the type of destruction done to our private roads. This was a semi load of fertilizer and soil
brought in to one of our grows, as you can see the workers auto is from Texas, but we have Arizona,
Florida,New Mexico, Ohio Oregon, 70 plate #s of the autos at these grows.
As you see a forklift unloaded the 70 ft semi, then loaded pickup trucks to be taken to the grow sight, because
the semi could not get there off road in the woods,
This was done this week on our dirt roads that was just graded with a blade two months ago. Torn up the
entire area and adjoining roads leading in and out by this activity done by a marijuana growing business, and we
have no way of collecting the repair money except civil court, for damages.
I wonder how many of you would want to sue one of these growers? Just the fear you would bring into
your Name and your families lives of retaliation, which you know is real and would come because it has already
been done to several of us who stood up to them.
Then they have so much money for attorneys and we have none, Does not seem like a story that should be
coming from The United States Of America, does it.
Were the free are allowed to punish and abuse the brave.
