The law offices of Joe VanDervoort and Geoff Dulebohn have over 3$ years
experience specializing in the defense of DUI and drug violations. We represent
all types of clients, even politicians, It has come to our attention from reading the
local police gazette; i.e. the Chico Enterprise Record, that you people are not only
giving legal advice illegally, but also apparently conspiring to commit
misdemeanors or possibly even felonies or federal offenses which may result in
your being prosecuted under criminal or federal statutes for conspiracy.
If any of you would like to contact us in regard to representation when you
are arrested, remember - remain silent, ask for your attorney, and do not tell the
authorities anything such as `...Michael Ramsey told me T couldn't do it...'. If all
does not go well we can blame it on the City Attorney and County Counsel for
giving you bad advice. If you do not wish to be represented by this office you
may wish to contact attorney Denny Latimer, or attorney Dane Cameron, who
professes to be a university constitutional law professor.
I have always wondered why the City of Chico and the.County of Butte is
so interested in giving medical advice and distributing pharmaceuticals to
individuals with so many medical issues that they need the soothing effect of
hemp. Since it has come to my attention, as a specialist in drug cases I would
point out to you that cocaine is an even a better cure-all and at one time was used
by dentists in California; so you may want to consider legalizing cocaine and
publishing articles about that in the paper every night.

My previous clients would like to thank all of you wholeheartedly; as
whenever we appear before a jury we need only to enter the front page of the
Chico Enterprise Record as an exhibit and state to the jury `... how do you expect
our clients to know that it is illegal when County Counsel, City Council and
Supervisors and the Chico Police Department are all involved in a conspiracy to
grow, sell and distribute hemp...?'.
