Subject: Durham Villas Project
Dear Board of Supervisors,
Please accept this email as written notification of serious concerns regarding the proposed Durham Villas Project which
you will be reviewing at your upcoming December 11th meeting. In October I sent the attached letter detailing our
concerns to the County Planning Commission, as well as a copy to Supervisor Lambert. I ask for your review, as the
concerns are still very valid and current, and to my knowledge no changes have been submitted to the original proposal.
Unfortunately due to work requirements, I will be unable to attend the meeting next week, but I trust in the board to
take our letter with concerns seriously and to consider these issues which are so important to our livelihood and way of
life. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration, and please feel free to contact me if you should have any questions
after reviewing our fetter.
