Attached is a CD including the Final EIR and previously circulated Draft EIR for the
Whisper Ridge Galf Resart Project. The Final EIR and the project will be scheduled for
the April 23 Board of Supervisors' hearing to consider the Planning Commission's
March 28 recommendation of approval. The regular agenda packet will follow. The EIR
is being forwarded in advance of the regular agenda packet to allow a few more days of
review time.
