WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DIHCS)1 Performance agreement for FY 2018-21;
and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Interim Director,
Butte County Behavioral, Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2018-21; and
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by the
Board of Supervisors to accept this non-financial agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services and to
accept above described provisions of this agreement.
