Product components are assembled on-site and delivered via standard delivery
options.
Components are stored, partially assembled, and packaged for shipment.
The business area occupies approximately 380 square feet of detached 6,400
square foot accessory building.
Existing residence is 1,548 square feet.
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
No additional employees.
No customers visit the business.

Categorical Exemption
CEQA Guidelines sec. 15301. Existing Facilities
Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing,
licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities,
mechanical equipment, or topographic features, involving negligible or no
expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s
determination. The types of “existing facilities” itemized below are not intended to
be inclusive of the types of projects which might fall within Class 1. The key
consideration is whether the project involves negligible or not expansion of an
existing use.
Recommended Motion
Find the Project is categorically exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Section 15301
(Existing Facilities) of CEQA Guidelines; and approve the
Minor Use Permit, subject to the findings and conditions in
Attachment A.
