HomeMy WebLinkAbout9.26.19 PSPS Update - McCracken, Shari Waugh, Melanie. e From: McCracken, Shari Sent: Thursday, September 26, 2019 8:17 AM To: BOS Cc: Ring, Brian Subject: FW: PSPS Update Board Members, The latest update from PG&E is as follows: • 3,400 Butte County customers (including 306 medicai baseline customers) remained without power last night. Roughly 2,300 customers were notified at 8:40 Wednesday night that they'd remain without power for the evening. Areas impacted were mostly north of Paradise. • Customer Resource Centers in Magalia and Oroville will remain open today. PG&E will demobilize the Centers after final energy restoration is complete. o Magalia —107 attendees on Wednesday o Oroville—97 attendees on Wednesday m Understandably so, attendees showed some frustration as the day/evening went on * We are reviewing County facilities to determine which ones remain without power, though it appears Oroville facilities are all back up. I anticipate that if any facilities are still down, it may be a fire station or two. • PG&E expects to close its EEOC at 1700 today. V will provide updated information this afternoon.
