New addition occupancy wrong? Possibly an "E" not an "A." 2. Exiting width enough? I remember Glenn requiring an additional exit at the Paradise Pines Baptist Church—didn't want them exiting from classrooms through the assembly hall. 3. Need letter from Church stating that the oven -range is a "residential" type only and will only be used for potluck type events. If they provide this letter a residential hood is OK (per Mike—[he can word this better than me.]) 4. Fire alarms (pull station alarms with audio/visual warning devices) required in all classrooms adjacent to exit door and at hall exits. 5. One 2A 10 BC fire extinguisher wall mounted in each classroom next to exit. 6. One 40 BC fire extinguisher wall mounted in kitchen next to exit. UP 01-06 PERMIT NO. 024-010-111 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte and the special conditions set forth below, the Gridley Assembly of God Church is hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with the application filed for a 1,764 square feet expansion of the existing church, which will contain four classrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a storage area. Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Ordinance, including Butte County Code Sec. 24-45.65. 2. Unless otherwise provided for in a special condition to this use permit, all conditions must be completed prior to or concurrently with the establishment of the granted use. The use granted by this permit must be established within 24 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit to the Permittee. Minor changes may be approved administratively by the Directors of Development Services, Environmental Health, or Public Works, or their respective designee, upon receipt of a substantiated written request by the applicant,. Prior to such approval, verification shall be made by each Department or Division that the modification is consistent with the application, fees paid and environmental determination as conditionally approved. Changes deemed to be major or significant in nature shall require a formal application for amendment. 4. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not established within two years of the date of receipt of the countersigned permit by the Permittee, the permit shall become null and void and reapplication and a new permit shall be required to establish the use. The terms and conditions of this permit shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and be to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns of the Permittee. Conditions of Approval: Lighting of outdoor play area shall be shielded from adjacent properties and restricted from use beyond 10:00 p.m. (condition from Use Permits 85-40 and 90-11) 2. Maintain a 300 foot setback from the orchard on the east for major buildings as long as the adjacent property remains in agricultural production, 150 foot setback from food concession stands, and 100 foot setback for dugout and other open sports related structures. (condition from Use Permits 84-2, 85-40 and 90-11) 3. The project site shall be developed in accordance with the approved project site plan and the conditions contained herein. Said site plan is on file in the Planning Division, is identified as "Exhibit F", is date-stamped September 1, 2000, and is incorporated herein by this reference. 4. Prior to use of this project, the applicant shall contact the Planning Division for a field inspection to verify all conditions of approval and ordinance requirements have been met. 5. Building identification and/or addresses shall be installed in conformance with Public Resources Code 4290 and shall be posted at the beginning of building construction and maintained continuously thereafter. 6. Provide an all weather access to all structures. The access shall have a minimum 10 -foot width and 15 -foot vertical clearance, and be able to accommodate a 40,000 pound fire apparatus. 7. Meet the requirements of Butte County Fire Marshal. 8. Prior to the issuance of building permits a plan for a permanent solution for drainage shall be submitted to and approved by the Department of Public Works. The drainage plans shall specify how drainage waters shall be detained on site and/or conveyed to the nearest natural or publicly maintained drainage channel or facility and shall provide that there shall be no increase in the peak flow runoff to said channel or facility. 10-IMDWIMDXVB •, 9. Building permits required. Plans and calculations shall be prepared by a registered or licensed design professional authorized to practice in the State of California. 10. Prior to issuance of a building permit the applicant shall meet the requirements for a sanitation clearance from the Butte County Environmental Health Division. This shall require the permitting of an expanded septic system. 11. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes, ordinances and regulations.
