I have reviewed the site and plans for the Berry Creek School/Butte County Board
of Education relocatable building. Since the building will be placed on land
within CDF's State Responsibility Area it will be required to meet Public
Resources Code 4290. I have enclosed a check -off sheet and noted that I have
only approved the gates and access portion of the plan. We are going to work
with the school district to improve the water flow and fire hydrant deficiencies.
