Re: Approved Road Name Change MISC19-0012 – Merkley Court to Yoon Kouei Court

Dear: Yoon Chao
This is to advise you that the name Yoon Kouei Court has been approved for your street as
shown on the enclosed map. A street sign will have to be placed at the intersection of Yoon
Kouei Court and Palermo Road. As a private road, the sign is installed at your own
expense. Upon request, the County can install a pole with sign and hardware for $294. If
you decide to install your own sign, it must be constructed in accordance with county
standards.
Please note that all signs installed on private roads are the sole responsibility of the
property owners for maintenance, replacement and identification by emergency vehicles
(law enforcement, ambulance, fire, etc.) to locate addresses. This could save your life.
