At the Zoning Administrator, hearing held Wednesday, December 18, 2019; your request for a
Residential Buffer determination for a proposed second dwelling was approved with the setback as
shown on your site plan. Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you
must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 30th, 2019 to the:

The appeal fee of $676.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day
appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
