for Surplus property; and
WHEREAS, The State of California Surplus Property Program requires a resolution approved by the Governing
Board to designate authorized representatives to acquire surplus property; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works seeks to designate Dennis Schmidt, Director of the Department of
Public Works to acquire surplus property; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works seeks to designate Radley Ott, Assistant Director of the Department
of Public Works to acquire surplus property; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works seeks to designate' icah Smith, Manager of the Department of Public
Works Fleet Services, Division to acquire surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board, and hereby ordered that the officials and or
employees whose aforementioned names and titles are listed shall be and are hereby authorized as representatives to
acquire surplus property through the auspices of the California, State Agency for Surplus property and accept responsibility
for payment of incidental fees by the surplus property agency under their terms and conditions.
