STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to amend the State Department of Health Care Services (aHCS) Strategic Prevention Framework (SEF)
Partnerships for Success (PFS) project agreement for FY 2017-2018 through 2020-2021; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Interim Director,
Butte County behavioral Health to sign the SPF PFS amendments for FY 2020-2021;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorize Behavioral
Health to amend the SPF PFS agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a multi-year total of
$1,325,000, and to accept the above described provision of this agreement.
