HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-022RESOLUTION AMENDING IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS PURSUANT TO BUTTE COUNTY CODE SECTION 20-120 WHEREAS, the improvement standards are adopted by resolution pursuant to Butte County Code section 20-120 and the Board of Supervisors last amended improvement standards on October 24, 20016 by Resolution No, 06-149; WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend the existing improvement standards and establish certain new standards; WHEREAS, the current rainfall standards are based on limited historical data up and there is more thorough and inclusive data:, easily accessible online by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); WHEREAS, the NOAA data allows for more site specific rainfall data to be used for design purposes which improves the accuracy of infrastructure designs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends the improvement standards pursuant to Butte County Code section 20-120 as follows: vote: Replace Section 10 with the amended portion of Section 10 in Exhibit A; and Replace Appendix IV Drainage Charts Standards D-1, D-2, and D-3 with the new Charts D -1A through D -1N in Exhibit B.
