Meikle MEKTRAC@YAHOO.COM Subject: Burn down letter for 071-160-072 The above referenced parcel, APN 071-160-072 with the address of 1079 Lumpkin Road, Oroville, is currently zoned Foothill Residential 10 acre minimum (FR-10). The FR-10 zone permits Single-Family Dwellings by right (without additional land use entitlement). Please refer to Chapter 24 of Butte County Code, Article 6. (Residential Zones) and see Table 24-
19-1 Permitted Land Uses in the Residential Zones and under “Residential Uses” note that the Land Use Category of “Single-Family Home” is Permitted in the FR-10 Zone. If the single-family dwelling is destroyed, rebuilding is possible by obtaining the appropriate Building Permits.
