HomeMy WebLinkAbout10.6.19 PSPS-All Clear Waugh, Melanie From: McCracken, Shari Sent: Sunday, October 6, 2019 9:57 AM To: BOS Subject: PSPS Board Members, PG&E received the "ail clear" at 9:00 this morning and is beginning inspections and then restorations. Customer Resource Centers opened at 8:00 this morning and will remain open until restoration is complete. We have a call this evening regarding the next potential event. I have requested that PG&E provide us data that they base their decisions on, as well as data of the actual weather experienced. I have also asked CaIOES and CalFire if they have similar data, so that we can challenge the decisions into the future, if data does not support the PSPS events. We'll see what I am able to get. Restorations tend to happen quickly, so the media and PG&E's website and social media site will be the most up-to-date source of restoration information. There will be no more updates on this event, unless there is a significant change. Shari 1
