Can you please give me an update on the second application? Has it been approved or declined? If it has not been approved, please send me the criteria that must be met so that I can

The ag building is 2600 square feet.
We manage a local property in Oroville in which we collect rent through WentWood, LLC. We have no employees, there are four members of the LLC that work on anything that may come up
to cover the needs and scope of the business. There is very little equipment used, unless you include computers. The square footage of the operation is 2600 feet and the space can
be used as an office.
I will send the photos in a separate email. There is also record of the building with the planning department as it has been constructed within the last few years.

Please describe the square footage of the Ag building that you use for your business. Also, please describe the property management business and the need for an address. Please include
the scale and scope of this business – number of people working, type of equipment used and whether or not your space is conditioned as an office, and the square footage of this operation.
If you can take pictures of the building, inside and out that would also assist in our determination.

Hi Tristan,
Currently, our mandarin orchards are not in use. The trees are still there but there has been several years of difficult times (including drought, etc.) and mandarin season is in the
fall. Currently, we do not use any tools, equipment or supplies for the mandarin production. We have approximately 5 acres of mandarin orchards.
The square footage of our agricultural building is 2600 square feet. There are no tools, equipment or supplies used for this aspect of the business.
