BOARD AND AUTHORIZING AND DESIGNATING A REP RES,ENTATIV E/ REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE
CAMP FIRE RECOVERY: SEPTIC REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PILOT' PROJECT
WHEREAS, the County of Butte, a Subdivision of the State of California (the "Applicant") has submitted an
application to the State Water Resources Control Board ("SWRCB") for funding for the Camp Fire Recovery: Septic Repair
and Replacement Pilot Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, prior to the SWRCBs executing a funding agreement, the Applicant is required to adopt resolution
authorizing an agent, or representative, to sign the funding agreement, amendments, and requests for reimbursement
on behalf of the Applicant, and to carry out other necessary Project -related activities; and
vote:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The Applicant is hereby authorized to carry out the Project, enter into a funding agreement with the SWRCB,
and accept and expend State funds for the Project; and
2The Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is hereby authorized and designated to sign, for and on behalf
of the Applicant, the funding agreement for the Project and any amendments thereto; and
3. The Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is hereby authorized and designated to represent the
Applicant in carrying out the Applicant's responsibilities under the funding agreement, including approving
and signing invoices and requests for reimbursement of Project costs; and
4. Any and all actions, whether previously or subsequently taken by the Applicant, which are consistent with
the intent and purposes of the foregoing resolution, shall be, and hereby are, in all respects, ratified,
approved and confirmed.

AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
