Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2019 certified to the State Controller that the
total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,290.442 miles; and

WHEREAS, Butte County now had determined that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,285.319
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased to 1,255.319
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 281h day of April, 2020, by the following
