Subject: Zoning Administrator Approval – GRD19-0002 (Allen Gross); APNs 041-030-053
Dear Mr. Gross:
At the Zoning Administrator meeting held on May 6, 2020, your request for a Grading Permit was
approved. Should you desire to appeal any part of the decision by the Zoning Administrator to the
Planning Commission, you must do so in writing, prior to 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2020 to the:
Department of Development Services Planning Division 7 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $674.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
A grading permit must be exercised within two (2) years after the date of approval or the permit will expire and become void. The permitted grading will be considered exercised if the permit is issued
and grading activities have commenced, or if the permittee notifies the department in writing when
grading has commenced. If grading is exercised within two (2) years, but is later abandoned for period of one (1) year, the permit will be considered expired and void.
