The acre for the parcel shown on the parcel map should have included the right of way for Kathy Lane since it is a private easement. Tom Fossum checked this out and agreed that the
parcel being proposed for parcel map is 2.12 acres and not the 1.92 shown on the parcel map. Copies of the email chain between Tom and I last year and a copy of the original deed are

Planning has noted a discrepancy between the allowed 1 acre parcel minimum in the Very Low Density Residential (VLDR), and your proposed two lot split on APN: 047-300-114. Both the Assessor
Map and underlying Parcel Map show the size to be 1.92 acres, yet you show the project area to be 2.12 acres.
Can you please explain how you have arrived at 2.12 acres for the project size?
