Hi Tristan,
I'd like to know what is going to be required from the countie's perspective for this project.
The owners would like to convert their shop into living space. Per the current owners, the old owners had a permit from 1992 to do this.
The shop has insulation on the exterior walls and ceiling and there is a bathroom and kitchen.
Attached are proposed drawings to finish the conversion that the current owners just had drawn up.
Also, attached are pictures of the existing building.

The owner's daughter and family live in the existing house. The owners are camp fire victims and do not have any money. I am doing this work pro bono for them.
They will pull the permit.
