Dear Jan Larroche: Subject: Burn down letter for 055-290-052 The above referenced parcel, APN 055-290-052 with the address of 5081 Wilderness Road,
Paradise, CA 95967, is currently zoned Medium Density Residential (MDR). We show the pre-Camp Fire 97 mobile home spaces as permitted under approved Use Permit 88-69. The County does not show records of the 22 Recreational Vehicle spaces or the additional 2 mobile home spaces. If you have documentation (i.e. approved Use Permits) attesting to the Recreational
Vehicle spaces or the two additional Mobile Home spaces please let us know. After the mobile home is destroyed, rebuilding is possible with the appropriate building permits. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please do not hesitate to contact me:
