Please consider my request to provide a variance to the California Board of Forestry and Fire
Protection SRA Fire Safe Regulations section 1276.01
Per our conversation today, you have already received the plot plan for my new house to be built in
Magalia, Ca..
I plan to install the following improvements to mitigate fire concerns:
1) Pour a 10' x 32' Concrete patio on the right side of the home with access to the dining room and
Master Bedroom.
2) Install a gravel base 4"deep by 5' for approximately 30' across the back of the back of the
property immediately adjacent to the structure.
I appreciate your consideration of my variance request.
