HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-083WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to amend the State department of Wealth Care Services (DHCS) Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF)
Partnerships for Success (PFS) project agreement for FY 2017-2018 through 20,20-2021; and
WHEREAS, (OHCS requires the Butte County Board', of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Director, Butte
County Behavioral Health to sign the SPF PFS amendments for FY 2020-2021;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorize Behavioral
Health to amend the SPF PFS agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a multi-year total of
$1,326,000, and to accept the above described provision of this agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 21st day of July, 2020, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
