Subject: Tree removal on orphan roads
Board Members,
We just heard that the State submitted the request to FEMA yesterday to approve hazard tree removal on orphan roads
in the burn area, as well as Category 1 trees. It's hard to believe it has taken one year to get this through to FEMA, but
we are thankful the request includes everything the County and Town requested.
