Philbrook Dam
Dear Mr. Jones:
This is in response to a letter dated September 26, 2018 from Mr. David L.
Ritzman that submitted additional information/calculations supporting the structural
assessment of the low level outlet valve anchorage at Philbrook Dam, which is part of the
DeSabla-Centerville Project, FERC No. 803. We have reviewed the submittal, and we
have no comments.
