PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
1.This permit is granted for the activities and/or structure listed above, and as shown on the approved site plan.
Minor modifications may be approved by the Zoning Administrator. Any substantial revisions will require either
an amendment to this permit or a new permit.
2.A minimum 200 lineal foot vegetative buffer shall be maintained on all side of any lakes or reservoirs. A
minimum 100 lineal foot vegetative buffer shall be maintained on all sides of any perennial or intermittent rivers
and streams. Buffer distances shall be measured from the annual average stream bank. All structures are
prohibited within vegetative buffer areas. Grading, excavations, removal of trees, the use of fertilizers and
pesticides, sewage dispsoal, and paving are prohibited within buffer areas.
3. Septic tanks, leach fields, and chemical toilets shall be setback a minimum of 50 feet in addition to the required
vegetative buffer under Condition 2.
4. All driveways for new homes sites shall be surfaced with at least two inches of Class 2 aggregate base, unless
required by the County to be developed to a higher standard.
5. An erosion and sediment control plan shall be approved by the County prior to the issuance of a building permit.
The plan shall be developed by a professional civil engineer registered by the State of California. The plan shall
identify measures to prevent sediment and other pollutants discharges from reaching watershed drainages and
streams, and shall address both interim (during construction) and final (post construction) control measures.
6. Soil disturbances shall not be conducted during the rainy season (November 15 through April 1). The County may
require financial security to ensure that control measures are implemented and maintained.
7. All areas where land clearing has been completed between April 1 and November 15 shall be revegetated,
hydroseeded, mulch protected, or otherwise stabilized no later than December 1st.
8. Site work shall preserve natural topography and vegetation at the site to the greatest possible extent.
9. All construction activities and proposed activties shall adhere to the erosion and sediment control plan, prepared
for the proposed project, and approved by the County. The applicant shall keep the erosion and sediment control
plan available at the construction site, and review the plan with construction personnel, prior to beginning work at
the site.
10. Timber harvesting permitted under a Less Than Three-Acre Conversion Exemption approved by CAL FIRE shall
not be conducted during the period from November 15 to April 1.
11. This permit shall expire one year from the date of approval by the Zoning Administrator. This permit may be
renewed for additional years, provided a written request and renewal fee is submitted to the County prior to permit
expiration.
12. The Zoning Administrator may revoke its approval of this Administrative Permit, if any of the following applies:
a.The applicant or property owner has altered the circumstances under which the permit was granted to a degree
that one or more of the findings required to grant the original permit can no longer be made;
b.Permit issuance was based on misrepresentation by the applicant through the ommission of a material
statement in the application;
c.One or more of the permit conditions of approval have not been complied with or fulfilled;
d.The applicant or property owner has failed or refused to allow inspections for compliance;
e.Improvements authorized by the permit are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance or any law, ordinace,
regulation, or statute; or
f.The use is being operated in a manner which constitutes a nuisance.
