Due to the Camp fire destruction I am requesting the Board of Supervisors grant an administrative permit for my 34.06
acre parcel, located 1986 Mountain View Drive, Paradise. Zoned Ag 160,the parcel was a Christmas tree farm that also
operated on my contiguous 7.25 acres at 1966 Mountain View Drive, located in the town of Paradise limits,zoned AR 3.
I am requesting you to fast rack this administrative permit as an effort to help rebuild our community.The site would be
used for housing employees in trailers, and possibly providing shower and kitchen trailers to debris removal employees
who would be working an excess of 60 hrs a week/7 days a week.
My site could provide a quiet location for sleeping and is a more desirable alternative to the impacts in traffic
congestion and poor worker moral due to long drives to distant housing options.
The debris removal contractors I spoke with need about 40 personnel housed in trailers at this site.
This is a safer solution for employees and better for Butte County and I request this temporary administrative permit to
house these workers on my former farm.
