On top of the original outside plan, the vineyard has evolved to use the garage as tasting room plus the original outside plan. When I purchase the property the tasting room is like this attached photo. Shall I update the plan using this photo? I have 2 questions related, 1) do I need to get the administrative permit again, since the owner names changed? If so how to do it? 2) the administrative permit you added, it mentioned wine tasting shall be held outside as identified on the submitted site plan. My understanding the tasting room in Quilici Winery is in the garage, is that not allowed? Do you have the previous site plan for me to get a reference? .
