Re: Notification of 2019 and 2020 Penstock Dewatering Schedules
Dear Mr. Moseley:
This is in response to a December 13, 2019 letter from Ms. Kristen McKillop and
Mr. Matt Colwell that notified our office that the 2019 annual non-emergency
inspection/maintenance of the Kelly Ridge and Miners Ranch Conduit penstocks was
postponed until January 2020, and the planned 2020 inspections are scheduled for
November 2-13, 2020. The letter also provided the planned 2020 inspection schedule for
the Woodleaf, Forbestown, and Sly Creek Powerhouse penstocks, which are part of the
South Feather Power Project, FERC No. 2088.
Your request to postpone the 2019 inspection of Kelly Ridge and Miners Ranch
Conduit penstocks until January 2020, and the proposed schedules to conduct the 2020
inspections of the penstocks by the dates listed in the letter are acceptable. We appreciate
