We have reviewed request for an extension of time and we have the following comments: 1. We grant the request to distribute the annual updates of the EAPs by March 31, 2020 for the 2019 calendar year. 2. Your request to distribute the annual updates of the EAP by March 31 in subsequent years is denied. Annual updates are due to be submitted to our office by December 31 of each year per the 2018 Annual Letter dated August 23, 2018. 2 We appreciate your continued efforts public safety program.
