Re: Annual Emergency Action Plan Update Distribution
Dear Ms. Powell:
This is in response to a letter dated December 11, 2019 from Mr. Andrew Hagen
that submitted a request for an extension of time to distribute the annual updates to the
Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for the dams listed in Table 1 of the Enclosure, which
are parts of the projects listed in Table 2 of the Enclosure. We have reviewed
request for an extension of time and we have the following comments:
1. We grant the request to distribute the annual updates of the EAPs by March 31,
2020 for the 2019 calendar year.
2. Your request to distribute the annual updates of the EAP by March 31 in
subsequent years is denied. Annual updates are due to be submitted to our office
by December 31 of each year per the 2018 Annual Letter dated August 23, 2018.
