Subject: Call center
The COVID-19 call center is up and running. The number is 552-3050, and it will be staffed 8-5 seven
days a week.
Because most calls from the public can be answered through the call center, we want people to call
there first. Calls that go beyond the call center’s ability to resolve will be transferred to PH. With up
to 10 call takers, the public will be able to reach a live person sooner, and PH can focus on the calls
that require more attention.
Please share the 552-3050 number widely.
